EMCO Panel Systems Ltd. supply & install a wide range of cold rooms, chill rooms, freezer rooms & multi compartment rooms for use in shops, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, pubs, butcher shops & bakeries. Glass door display chill rooms & freezer rooms for supermarkets, off licenses & convenience stores. Available in a wide variety of sizes & designs.

The rooms are in standard heights of 2.0m & 2.2m floor to ceiling. Higher rooms can be made to order. Shelving & butchers fittings supplied as required.

Our cold rooms offer enormous flexibility & rooms can be adapted to suit any design requirement. Bumper rails & fob boards for beer rooms supplied as required.

The panels are formed from CFC polyurethane foam 40 kg/m³ between two skins of galvanised steel with a white food safe PVC coating.

Power locks are fitted during panel manufacture to give a tight & secure fit between panels at installation.

Corner panels are manufactured specially with power locks for fitting to adjacent wall panels. All internal angles finished with PVC coving.

Chill rooms come with or without floors. Freezer rooms come with floors as standard. Floors are in 80mm & 100mm polyurethane insulation with galvanised steel or chequer plate aluminium finish.
